With today’s Taste of Manhattan Fruitier review, we’re unboxing the August 2017 Taste of Manhattan Fruitier box. Each Taste of Manhattan Fruitier box has a different theme. The August theme was Good Ship Lollipop.

August 2017 Taste of Manhattan Fruitier Review Wrap-Up
The August Taste of Manhattan Fruitier box was our first monthly fruit and food gift from Manhattan Fruitier. We were so impressed by the quality and variety of all good gifts in the boxWe’ll start off with the fresh fruit – a perfect, ripe, red plum. It even arrived with a couple of leaves off the tree! The plum was sweet, juicy and just what you’d want in a fresh plum.
August’s Good Ship Lollipop featured 3 sugar-free lollipops from Dardiman’s California. Each of the lollipops has a piece of dehydrated fruit (of the matching flavor) in the middle. They aren’t too sweet and get fruitier in flavor the closer you get to the center. A great, refreshing candy that’s kid-friendly too. Also from Dardiman’s California were dried crème blood orange slices. These blood orange crisps are packed with orange flavor. When you take a bit with the crème, it smooths out for an almost creamsicle effect.
As salt water taffy fans, it was a pleasant surprise to get Salty Mango Lassa taffy in the Taste of Manhattan Fruitier Box. You can really taste each of the taffy flavors – mango, salt, and lassi. The exotic lassi and sweet mango flavor make it a great summer candy.
The final sweet fruit treat in the box was Raley’s Confectionary Pomegranate Rock Candy. These vegan and gluten-free candies are bursting with flavor. It’s just what you need if you’re looking to satisfy a sweet tooth.
Taste of Manhattan Fruitier is the kind of gift virtually anyone would enjoy receiving every month. It’s a great gift to discover and enjoy not just delicious fresh fruit, but other seasonally-inspired fruit treats made with fruit as well.
