Spring 2017 Beautycon Box Subscription Box Review + Coupon

I must say ladies and gents, I have always been a fan of these incredible Beautycon Boxes. Beautycon subscription boxes puts some other beauty boxes to shame! When you receive your seasonal beauty box, you are receiving full size beauty products of the highest quality and variety. Boxes also have the cutest little stickers with a sheet listing all of your goodies. With today’s Beautycon Box review, I’m unboxing the Spring 2017 Beautycon Box.

Inside the Spring 2017 Beautycon Box

First on the list today is the Around the World Eye Shadow Palette with Brush from Cargo Cosmetics. The shadow palette comes in its own small box which displays the shadow colors in sets of quads with instructions for where to place each shadow in order to achieve the perfect look. I find it very quaint that there is a compartment inside of the palette for a brush, that is provided, and a high quality mirror as well. No more looking into that cheap compact mirror that warps your face! This product is perfect for travel, as is appropriate considering that the shadows are named after destination locations all around the world! The shadows have the most subtle yet beautiful shimmer to them and are all very impressive in their pigmentation as a little goes a long way.

Next up, we have a Dirty Little Secret to talk about. Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick in the color Rust made by, you guessed it, Dirty Little Secret Cosmetics! I am very impressed by this liquid lipstick and its staying power. The shade is absolutely beautiful and complimentary to all skin tones. This lipstick will stay on through food if you eat with regard for its integrity. When I first applied this product I was blown away by how velvety it felt on my lips. At no point while I wore it did it feel dry to me. I find that to get the best staying results, it is helpful to apply a powder between coats and not exceed two coats.

IBY Beauty’s Mineral Pressed Blush in Peach Sheen by Luxie Beauty. Oh my goodness, I was absolutely impressed by this adorable little blush. Not only does it come in a box with padding to avoid shattering the product, it is also one of the most stunning blushes that I have ever seen. At first sight it may not look like anything special, but once you swipe your finger over the silky top you see the glow. This beautiful blush’s soft peach color is accompanied by a glimmer comparable to that of a highlighter to achieve the perfect blush.

Luxie Beauty – Rose Gold Duo Fibre Powder Brush 516. This soft bristled brush is a must have in your beauty arsenal as it is so completely diverse. The bristles are packed very loosely and have a feather light quality to them when applied to the skin.

NUXE – Shimmering Dry Oil was another one of my favorite products in this box. This oil has the slightest fragrance with a quick drying quality to it. I personally like to apply it to my cheekbones as an added highlight and to my chest and neck on a night out. This product is effortless and beautiful, adding a subtle shimmer to your overall look.

NYX Professional Makeup – Bright Idea Illuminating Stick in Rose Petal Pop has also flown to the top of my favorites list. I apply under my powder blush to add an extra kick that lasts throughout the whole day. This product is absolutely stunning when paired with the IBY Beauty’s Mineral Blush also in the Beautycon box.

OGX – Orchid Oil Color Protect Spray has blown me away with its incredible scent alone. This product gives color treated hair an added shine and moisture boost. It also has agents that work to slow premature fading and lock in color. Best results when sprayed evenly on clean damp hair before blow drying and then misted over styled hair to finish off the look with optimal shine and hydration.

Now we have Garnier SkinActive Micellar Makeup Removing Towelettes, by Garnier, of course. These towelettes removed all of my makeup effortlessly and left my face feeling very clean and refreshed. I am often guilty of leaving my makeup on overnight. With these in my arsenal I have an effortless bedtime ritual on those lazy nights. These wipes double as a facial cleanser to not only remove all of your makeup, but also get in there right after and take away all of the dirt and grime from your day.
