IPSY is moving beyond makeup. The beauty subscription has launched IPSY Wellness, a new quarterly subscription with three boxes (Skin, Hair and Total Wellbeing), each with four products, including at least one supplement, for $65 a box. Here is how it works, what is in the first boxes and who it makes sense for.
What is IPSY Wellness?
IPSY Wellness is a separate subscription from the monthly Glam Bag. According to IPSY’s official IPSY Wellness page, published October 12, 2026, every three months you pick one of three “wellness journeys”:
- Skin: routines that support healthy-looking skin “from the inside out”
- Hair: products for stronger-looking strands and the scalp
- Total Wellbeing: everyday rituals to rest and recharge
Each collection has four products that mix supplements, beauty treatments, wellness tools and deluxe sample sizes. IPSY says the products are “worth well over the subscription price” but does not give a stated value for the first boxes.
IPSY CEO Galen Smith told WWD on October 14 that “there’s a supplement in every single offering,” usually a one- or two-month supply, so members can see if a routine works for them.
What’s in the first IPSY Wellness boxes?
IPSY has not posted a full product list on its page yet. According to WWD, the first boxes are built around these brands and products:
- Skin: products from Sakara, Cymbiotika, Femmue and Saint Jane
- Hair: Hairtamin Advanced Formula hair health capsules and Fable & Mane HoliRoots hair oil, among others
- Total Wellbeing: Goli Dreamy Sleep Gummies, Apothékary Take the Edge Off herbal drops, a Doc & Glo Wellness Journal and Elemis Cellutox Active Body Oil
WWD also reports that Goli, Sakara and Apothékary are on board now, with Lemme (Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s supplement brand), Beam and Good Bacteria joining in 2027. Source: IPSY, WWD.
A quick note on supplements: the benefits are the brands’ claims, not ours, and it’s a good idea to check with your doctor before adding a new supplement, especially if you take medication or are pregnant.
How does it work?
- Price: $65 per quarterly collection (IPSY Wellness page, checked October 14, 2026)
- Frequency: one box every quarter, in January, April, July and October
- Choosing your box: after your first shipment, you pick your collection during “Build Your Box” windows, from the 1st to the 5th of January, April, July and October
- If you miss the window: IPSY picks a box for you based on your profile and what’s available
- Extras: access to the IPSY Shop, where IPSY advertises member prices of up to 70% off, plus promo codes to restock products you like
IPSY’s page does not say when the first IPSY Wellness boxes ship or what shipping costs, so check the checkout page before you sign up.
Our take: who it’s for
At $65 every three months, IPSY Wellness costs about $21.67 a month (our math), more than the $15 IPSY Original Glam Bag but far less than buying a few full-size supplements at retail. The appeal is the trial: a one- or two-month supply lets you test a gummy or a hair supplement before you commit to a full routine.
It makes sense if you are curious about beauty supplements and like having someone else do the shortlist. Skip it if you already have a supplement routine you’re happy with, or if you’d rather not get ingestibles you haven’t picked yourself. Because the box is chosen by journey (Skin, Hair or Total Wellbeing), you have more control than with a pure surprise box, as long as you remember the 1st to 5th window each quarter. We haven’t tested IPSY Wellness.
