Official Rules
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident.
1) Entry Period: Starting July 1, 2013, 12:00AM EST until July 31, 2013, at 11:59:59 p.m. (the “Entry Period”).
2) How to Enter: Leave a quality review on one our subscription box listings. Reviewed that are deemed as “low quality,” as determined by judges, will not be approved and will not count towards an entry. Limit of one review per subscription box listing per person. The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person. To qualify to win, you must correctly fill out the comment form; otherwise you will be disqualified to win.
3) Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded a one (1) month gift subscription to a subscription box of their choice. (1 month gift option must be available for the selected box.) No cash or other substitution may be made, except by FindSubscriptionBoxes.com, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by FindSubscriptionBoxes.com in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize. Limit one (1) prize per household.
4) Drawing: On or about 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2013, we will select the name(s) of the potential winner(s) in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during each “Entry Period”. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the “Entry Period.” Limit one (1) prize per household per sweepstakes.
5) Winner Notification: Potential winner will be contacted via email (unless otherwise stated) and will be asked to confirm eligibility and provide their full name, age, and mailing address within 72 hours of being notified. If he/she does not respond from the email address they entered with within 72 hours, he/she will be disqualified. We may then select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the “Entry Period”.
6) Prize Delivery: Winner will be emailed a 1-month gift code to the email address that was provided in their prize confirmation email. FindSubscriptionBoxes.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, late or misdirected email or delivery of any kind. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delivery cancellations, delays or other interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Everything in these rules and in this promotion, including the prizes awarded, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations.
7) Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old at the time of Entry, who have Internet access, and who are “Authorized Account Holders” of the email address submitted as of July 1, 2013. An “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any entrant found to be using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. Employees and contractors (and their families) of FindSubscriptionBoxes.com are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
8) Conduct: By entering the sweepstakes all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. FindSubscriptionBoxes.com in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules.
9) General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, FindSubscriptionBoxes.com may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. FindSubscriptionBoxes.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, FindSubscriptionBoxes.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. FindSubscriptionBoxes.com failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
10) Release and Limitations of Liability: FindSubscriptionBoxes.com is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by FindSubscriptionBoxes.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. FindSubscriptionBoxes.com is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from any materials in the sweepstakes. All entries become the property of FindSubscriptionBoxes.com and will not be returned. FindSubscriptionBoxes.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any reason the Internet portion of the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of FindSubscriptionBoxes.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion. By acceptance of the prize, the winners consent to the use of his or her name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11) Use of Sweepstakes Information: All entries become the property of FindSubscriptionBoxes.com. FindSubscriptionBoxes.com reserves the right to use any and all information related to the sweepstakes, including submissions provided by the entrants, for editorial, marketing, and any other purposes unless prohibited by law.
12) Winners List: For the name of prize winners, available after 8/14/13, send a self addressed, stamped #10 envelope to FindSubscriptionBoxes.com, 2047 N. Last Chance Gulch, #321 Helena, MT 59601.
