How Barbella Box works

You pick a plan and your sizes, and the box renews on the 5th of each month. Sign up by mid month to get that month’s box, which ships between about the 22nd and the end of the month.

You can skip a month or cancel from your account. The deadline is 7 PM Eastern on the 4th, before renewal, and boxes are not refunded after they renew. If a size is wrong, Barbella replaces it, and other exchanges are handled case by case.

What’s in a typical Barbella Box

A recent box valued at over $200 included a tee from Barbell Cartel, banana chips, an Oceanfoam Ripple Roller, BetterMe GreenMe greens, a natural bug repellent and SaltStick FastChews. Expect something like this mix:

• One or two apparel pieces such as a tee, tank, hoodie or set
• A training or recovery accessory
• Healthy snacks and supplements
• A wellness or self care item

Extras and the shop

Members can buy past box items in the Barbella shop, and orders over $100 ship free. An optional delivery protection add-on is offered at checkout for a couple of dollars.

Is Barbella Box worth it?

If you work out several times a week and like surprises, yes. The full box regularly includes items you would pay for anyway, especially apparel. If you are picky about clothing style or only want one category, the Apparel Club or buying direct from the shop makes more sense.
