Ethel M Chocolates, the Nevada chocolatier owned by Mars, has brought back its limited-edition 24-piece Advent Calendar for 2026. It costs $80, or about $3.33 a chocolate (our math), and holds 24 full-size chocolate gems. It is available now on EthelM.com and in Ethel M stores from November 2, 2026.
What’s in the Ethel M Advent Calendar 2026?
According to Ethel M’s October 29, 2026 announcement, the calendar counts down with 24 unique, full-size chocolate gems. The brand names three of them, all fan favorites:
- Milk Chocolate Bananas Foster Truffle
- Dark Chocolate Kona Bean Espresso Truffle
- Dark Chocolate Lemon Satin Crème

Ethel M has not published the full list of 24 flavors in its announcement. The brand says its chocolates are made in small batches with no flavors or colors from artificial sources. We have not tasted this calendar.
Is $80 a Fair Price? Our Math
At $80 for 24 chocolates, each gem costs about $3.33. That sits between mass-market chocolate calendars and the luxury end of the market: our Godiva advent calendar 2026 costs $58, while the Vosges advent calendar costs $385, or $15.40 a day. Ethel M’s pitch is full-size truffles and crèmes rather than small squares, so compare it piece for piece, not by box price.
The Rest of the Ethel M Holiday Collection
The calendar is part of a wider 2026 holiday line. Prices from the announcement:
- Baker’s Collection Satin Crèmes (12 pieces, new, limited edition): $36, with Dark Chocolate Vanilla Peppermint, Milk Chocolate Cookie Butter, Milk Chocolate Gingerbread and Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Holiday Favorites Sampler (5 pieces): $18, with Pumpkin Spice, Pecan Pie, Fudge, Peppermint and Eggnog
- Cactus or Holly Collectible Tins (16 or 32 pieces): from $45
- Holiday Luxe Library (4 tablet bars, also sold individually): from $9.50
- Gourmet Hot Chocolate: $30
- Custom Chocolate Boxes and Tins: from $40
- Peanut Brittle Bars (new): $5

In Henderson, near Las Vegas, the brand’s 33rd Holiday Cactus Garden Lights run from November 5, 2026 to January 3, 2027.
Our Take
Ethel M is a regional name, with stores in Southern Nevada and California according to the brand, and that is the appeal: a Mars-made premium calendar that feels less obvious than the usual supermarket options. $80 is a lot for 24 chocolates, but full-size truffles change the math compared with calendars built on small squares. The limited-edition label and the online-first launch mean early buyers have the best odds.
Best for: chocolate lovers who want a premium calendar without going to luxury prices. Skip it if: you want a calendar for kids or with toys: try the MrBeast Feastables advent calendar at $39.99.
