For 2026 it sells six calendars from $114.99 to $249.99, and it has launched an Advent Wine Club, from $175, that turns the countdown into a twice-a-year wine subscription.

What Is the Advent Wine Club?

In Good Taste calls it “the only wine club in the country built around both a Summer and a Winter Advent Calendar”. Members get two advent calendars a year (24 nights every December and June), plus free full-size bottles of the wines they liked best. The idea is “try before you buy”: you taste every wine in a 187 ml pour, then pick the big bottles.

  • 2 calendars + 6 full-size bottles: $175 (Mixed, Red, White or Cocktail), $190 (Luxury)
  • 2 calendars + 12 full-size bottles: $215, or $230 for Luxury
  • 2 calendars + 24 full-size bottles: $265, or $280 for Luxury

Our Take: About $6.46 a Glass

Our math: the Mixed calendar works out to $6.46 per 187 ml mini bottle, or about $25 per 750 ml of wine, and the Luxury calendar to $10.42 per mini bottle. That’s in line with a decent restaurant pour at home, not a bargain on volume; you’re paying for variety and the nightly ritual. The new Advent Wine Club is the more interesting launch: the entry tier, $175 for two calendars and six full-size bottles, costs about the same as one Luxury calendar.

Best for: couples and hosts who like trying new wines, and gift givers who want a calendar adults will actually use. Skip it if: you already know what you like to drink, or you’d rather spend $155 on four or five bottles you’ve chosen. We haven’t tasted these wines. You must be 21 or older to buy alcohol.
